The hops bills are almost completely different.

Most glaring difference, and probably why you don't get the citrus/juicy flavors in Heady Topper is that it uses no citra.

A lot of people put it up there with Heady Topper, it is more well known in the trading community and a popular product.

Today being Wednesday, might be tough, except just going to a bar with it on draft.

This craze shite for Ghost seems to be getting out of hand. Some friends were able to snag enough to give me a 4-pack of 4.0, but it seems to be getting more and more ridiculous.

I was able to stop by the brewery last Friday and have a couple on draft. Excellent beer, one of my Top 3 favorite DIPAs. But I'm not going to plan a day around trying to chase bottles throughout town, nor ask any friends in Lafayette or BR to. Life's too short, and there is still great craft beer available.

Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that Alexander's on Highland was releasing one case per day, presumably at 7am. They were given 6 cases. So they should still have some left if they're are sticking said process.

eta: Both Chimes locations and Corporate Draft and Brewery have Ghost on tap.

When will that be?

I know I can get it on tap, but I'm trying to buy a 4pk as a gift for my cousin who lives out of state.

Just left there after picking up lunch. Sign at the customer service counter says they are sold out. So it appears they didn't release all 6 to the public or didn't stick to 1/day

If it wasn't 2 minutes from my office, and on my way home from work, I would probably take my recurring business elsewhere as I've had more than 1 "miscommunication" with them in the past. But they have a pretty damn good selection and it's just way too easy for me to pop in and out.

Preferably one that doesn't even sound appetizing.
