Kartchner's in Krotz Springs is fantastic. On a side note, I was in thibodaux last week and the guy I worked with from there brought some turkey cheese from a place called Bourgois meat market. I had never heard of turkey cheese but according to him it's more popular than hog head cheese there. It was pretty damn good. Had a real clean flavor.

Yes - both regular and hot.
Just tried Lamendola's during the Holidays. Butcher offered me a chunk while I was waiting for some Temple Meat. Bought 2 packs right then..
