My mother used to make a fabulous stuffed artichoke. I have no idea what the stuffing was, but sure miss it. Just make do with steamed artichokes now. (Love them cooked with crawfish!)

Did anyone ever get the grilled artichoke appetizer at Houstons? Might have been steamed then grilled? Best artichoke Ive ever eaten in my life

I make a sauce to dip the leaves and heart in...

Olive oil, Worcester, salt and pepper.
