I got it as a wedding gift a while back. I have enjoyed it from the beginning, but what is interesting is it's getting progressively better. I don't think it's just from opening up either. My palate has had a lot more practice in the nearly two years since getting it. There's some really good apple notes and it's one of the most complex,balanced ryes I've had.

1pd is a blind tasting of two great bottles (sample courtesy of epic).

2pd is a half pour. I preferred this one in the blind, but unsurprisingly liked both quite a bit.
