No pics tonight. FPD was Knob Creek Rye. 2PD is TA Saz. Couple glasses of Bonamza cab in between. Gotta stay warm tonight.

Pulled some steaks off a bit ago. Being 27 outside I could only get the grill to 560, oh well. Still came out great.

Have you had little book ch.4 by any chance? I almost bought this one on more than one occasion, but was worried the flavor profile might be too similar. I liked the little book enough to buy a backup. Great stuff, as long as you like cinnamon.
