Batch 7 is a bourbon.

Today OC dropped Bourbon batches 7, 8, 9, and 10, and American Whiskey batches 5 and 6. All distilled in Indiana (MGP).

I got a 7 and either an American 5 or 6 (don’t know which because I’m still at the hospital

)

One of the guys was saying 7/9 have a high rye spice and 8/10 were on the sweeter side.

The only thing that I know is that 7 is high rye, because OC put out a profile on that one on their IG. I have heard 8 was more corn heavy, but I haven’t seen that confirmed. Haven’t heard anything on the 9 or 10 bourbons, or either of the American Whiskeys, outside of their proof and age which is 13 years and 139 proof. All of the bourbons were mid to upper teens in proof (I think 115-117).

ETA: it appears that batch 6 American is 134 proof, I got batch 5, which is 139.
