to that.

Glendronach is one of the best sherry bomb producers out there. The Parliament 21 is one worth getting if you don't mind the price, and you ever have the chance to buy it.

I love both the bottles you just posted bruh. That Quinta Ruban opens up big time about 3/4 in. Hard to beat at that $45 price point

Mooching off the FIL but I'm gonna have to get some Quinta Rubin for myself.

Imo the 12 is one of the most crushable bottles out there in any whiskey. I fully plan on working my way up through the Glendronachs. Just gotta make my way through some of the bottles I have on hand right now. Fully plan on tracking down a 2022 bottling of the 21 (which would apparently have 27yo whiskey in the bottle) whether the budget permits or not.

I enjoyed the Caribbean Cask. I still would rather the 12 doublewood. A bit cheaper, and an absolute classic. I always make sure I have a bottle on my bar.

Have you had the 17 Doublewood?

A little more matured and a little deeper than the 12. I actually like it better than the 12, but it’s I think twice the price.

Better but haven’t decided if it’s double the cost better.

That Arran is so damn good. I was looking for one for a while, and Martin's was finally able to track some down about 2 months ago. I still want the 2020 release, but I am definitely happy with this one.

Big rumor in some Scotch groups I follow is that Glendronach is now starting to chill filter their whisky. Allot of people who know scotch say it makes no sense at all unless they also plan to start lowering their ABV as well.

Disappointing if true.

Popping a new one.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about it. Never had a Loch Lomond.

Starting the night with an old fashioned. Did get a nice bottle from a friend for helping with photos for her text book. This is the Granny batch

I've actually never had the 17 Doublewood. I don't know why? I love the 12, just keep passing it over for some reason.

MDS

I have an Arran Sherry Cask Cask Strength we can pop in a couple weeks.
