Did that too before and it didnt work. Tried boiling kentwood. The only thing i haven't tried is distilled. It wasnt cold enough for long enough last night so they were not frozen...one was mostly...others were maybe icy on the edge so I stuck them in the freezer to finish. From what I gather they have to freeze slow to allow the gas to escape...like at 32 or 31 deg. They start to freeze outside first and trap the gas.

I am loving Prime. Especially the super cheap upgrade to one day if I should ever need it.

I hope the chromecast gets the Prime instant videos added to it soon.

I have prime through a coworker of mine that put me on his account as a relative. Jackpot! I order the Vinturi and 2 of the Tovolo ice sphere pairs last night. I heard about it this morning from my wife too. Amazon def makes it too easy buy stuff.

This will probably be what I do next. Distilled water will have the least impurities as the distillation process removes most of them. From reading online, this gives the best results.

Willet 4 year Rye is my favorite of the readily available ryes under $40.

Not sure if that fits in your price range.

Just looking for something that I can drink straight and enjoy. My only point of reference is Turkey Rye which I really liked.

I may be looking to move a bottle of er 17 2013. Prefer a person that does not have a bottle. Also prefer a person that has participated in this long bourbon thread

<-----TD at gmail

I'll be going through BR in a few weeks, so we could avoid shipping and e-payments.

the ER17 and WLW are the two BTACS I wasn't able to score this year. ER is the only one I haven't even tasted.

2 of the Tovolo ice sphere pairs

I got a pair of these for Christmas. I love em! I've only had one crack in half on me during the drink. Is that a normal occurrence? I'm thinking about buying several more sets so I can have multiple spheres. Is that what everyone else does or do you freeze some and put them to the side in the freezer while you make more? That was my gf's suggestion but I'm not sure if they'd stick to each other or not.
