Completely agree and something I've tried telling people for a long while. The RHF benefits from a little more age and higher proof.

Never heard of it before.

Got my first bottle last week and I love it. Very excited that it'll be available in LA starting February.

I think the bottle looks great, but a lot of the Blanton's enthusiasts disagree with that preference

Willette rye is just ok to me. Not my fav by a long shot but I'm also not a big rye drinker. I think my fav so far is Taylor rye...because it doesn't taste like the other ryes I have had.
I'll probably try rock hill tonight for the first time.
Or vw for 8.75 what a good deal! I hope you hurt that bottle for that price lol. That's like beardface 45$ Taylor barrel proofs lol
And angels envy is yummy...

Now that I got the new cabinet, I repurposed the buffet for what it was intended, displaying some glass.
Also added a little Christmas flair to the cabinet
And what the new and improved corner o' fun looks like.

Thanks man! Now I just need your selection. Funny you should mention the couch. I may buy a new one soon that is darker to go with the darker wooden things. I've been looking at this one made by Franklin which is a company based out of Tupelo, MS.
...and it transforms for drinking whiskey

I have that makers sweater on my dickel right now. I put the metal hang tag Martins put on it for there single barrel over it, so the bottle looks like a nerdy 90s gangster.

Dickel 12, meat on grill, and firepit Rollin

I like how that sofa transforms lol. Needs a hidden ice chest in it!
Cool air...grillin...and drinking...can't go wrong!
Trying the wlw mixes. 50/50 and 60/40 each way.

How long do you let them sit after mixing?

Yall did any research on this stuff? I'm anxious to see what kind of reviews it gets
Posted on 12/14/13 at 9:39 pm to Uncle JackD
Sat for 2+ weeks. Honestly so far liking the 50/50 the most. Then 60/40 weller 12. The 60/40 weller 107 is good but we find the others a tad smoother. I'll probably stick with 50/50.
