The first ECBP of 2019 is the smoothest hammer I’ve ever tasted.
The best part is a place ordered a case and can’t sell it since people who go there would never spend $65 on whiskey.
So I’m gonna see if they’ll give me 2 bottles for a hunnit. Will report back.

Toof, I didn’t mean anything negative by my comment - I do appreciate you pointing that out because I just finished off my last ER10. I went by Martins yesterday and they were out of BT and ER.
We’ve all been reading about the BT shortages across the rest of the country for years. I always chuckled when I read those and said “huh, no shortage here”. Obviously not the case anymore. The only positive is it seems that whenever there is a shortage it gets resolved relatively quickly.

No I did not take it negatively .. my response was to just point out it out. I knew exactly what you meant and agree.

Are there any good rating apps for whiskey like untapped? I'm trying to branch out my bourbon/scotch selection and want to start tracking what I'm drinking.

I started using the Distiller app and like it. Can log your tasting notes, see reviews, get recommendations, etc.

Anyone here have the Aquistapace's Kentucy Spirit or Makers barrel selection? those are their only barrel picks I haven't had, and was wondering if it's worth using a gift card I have on one of those bottles? Or should I hold out for any future picks someone on here might know about coming soon

The Kentucky Spirit pick has gotten better since I have opened it. I like it but not sure I will purchase again at $53 when rare breed is around.
