I almost feel it might be worth a post listing current secondary prices on these tater bottles. If it stopped people from paying these idiotic prices at a retailer, maybe those assholes would wise up on the gouging.

there is a facebook group called sketchy liquor stores that is trying to fight the good fight by posting and shaming these places.

What's crazy is that up until recently, they were sort of a honey hole. Most of what they sell is still reasonably priced but they also recently had OWA and W12 for $200 and $250, respectively.
I do know that they had Blanton's for around $50 as recent as last year. Not sure what they're charging now, nor do I care cause I'm not a huge fan of it.
Up until recently, they had some of the best prices on several scotches (i.e. Macallan 15 for $90).

Yea...I have a place like that. A lot of their stuff is reasonable, but he got in a BTAC shipment and decided to be a douche about it. He priced everything above secondary and sadly it was all sold. I'm sure it's a matter of time before his other stuff starts going up in price too.
