I did not think much of 16, 17 or 18 OFBB. I have some sealed ones i plan on trading for 14 and 15 ofbb.

Sadly, it is continuing.
I was discussing this today with a friend. He pointed out that the decline coincided with the 1910, 1920 line of releases and that could be a factor.
I dont know, but the decline is real.
