Ah. I remember a photo a while back of someone’s collection and the cabinets were filed with 4r. Yeah I’m a big fan of the taylors.

Doing a cheap bottled in bond tasting. I’ve had all individually but tonight mixing with a little water. The EW stands tall imo. Such a great value.

In my latest installment of WTF regional pricing...stock up on Balvenie if you're in New Orleans.

You are so right Bus. I’ve bought 3 bottles of the 14yr Caribbean Cask over the past couple months. This bottle use to be low $80s. I asked Jeff at Martins what was going on with Balvenie price drops and he said they just started offering major discounts to big orders. I saw TW had it for $52 but Martins has been the lowest. I try and stick with the local guys first though. But yeah the Balvenie price drop has been awesome.

That rare breed rye is solid. One of my favorite recent purchases.

Seems like owa and taylor are some hard ones to pick as a specialty. Both are hard to come by.

When’s the next barrel pick coming around???

The main distilleries are pumping out stuff now that they have been back open a few months. Barrel picks of everything across the country are shipping like crazy right now.

Jeff told me the same thing last week when I picked up that 15 yr.

It's so weird. Yet Springbank 10 is $63 in Houston and $100 in NOLA.

You are just looking for OWA and EHT SB right? for that amount of effort, Id personally just buy on the secondary. they are only $80-90 from the flippers. I dont ship, but I sell OWA's for $80 cash and $90 in trade value to my local area, which is standard nationally. I can find Small batch, so dont try to flip those, just drinkers.

Yea that's me. I haven't found any yet. I also have never ventured into the secondary market, aside from meeting or talking to a random person at a bar or on here. Any secondary trusted websites or anything any of you guys use?
