Which fast-food chain have Americans crowned the new champ?

Jersey Mike’s claimed first place, with an ACSI score of 84 out of 100, edging Chick-fil-A’s 83.
The shift marks the first time in over a decade that a new chain has led the ACSI’s quick-service restaurant (QSR) category.
The latest study, released Tuesday, was based on 16,464 completed surveys conducted via email between April 2025 and March 2026.
The ACSI described Jersey Mike’s as “a new leader among QSRs,” adding that it was the first time in more than a decade that a new chain led the quick-service category.

I’m not a food snob or picky eater but I have hang ups with messy sandwiches or burgers. I just don’t like them like that.

went to Europe in February, was in six countries, seemed like BK was everywhere, and all of the stores looked brand new and clean, very different than here, I used to like their burgers as a kid

CFA is my favorite fast food even though I may get fast food once every month or 2. I’ll do sonic and Popeye’s occasionally.

No idea the methodology here, but if CFA is at 83, no way BK can be at 78. BK has to be at least 30 - 40 points behind CFA

Jersey Mike's is good, but expensive as shite for a sandwhich. Who the frick put Jimmy Johns up there. That's not even on the same level as Jersey Mike's. CFA and Cane's is too low.

ordering taco bell online has been a bit of a game changer. I hated ordering thru their ai screen.

FWIW, BK recently upgraded their buns, patties, mayo, and onion rings. Much closer to what it used to be decades ago now.

used to be an Amoco station right as you exited the MSY employee parking lot on Airline that had a deli in it, "Quick and Easy," they had as good a po boy as any place I've ever eaten, and they were humongous, just googled, it's still there, doesn't look the same, haven't been there in ages so who knows?
