Which chicken do y’all Louisianans claim as the best? Canes or Popeyes?

Southern Classic and it ain't even close for chain.

I personally think Popeyes is overrated. I'm a Gus's fan. In BR I prefer Chicken Shack over Popeye's. I like a wet batter.
