I know you're looking for a poboy tray in BR but if you're ever on the westside, Fat Daddy's in Plaquemine has some good poboys.

What is a poboy "tray"?
Never heard of such a thing.

It's like a catering sandwich platter that one would bring to a party or tailgate, but with small po'boys instead of mediocre finger sandwiches.

If you're looking to go the route of a chain poboy place, I would HIGHLY recommend Firehouse Subs. They're the best out of the chains (Subway, Jersey Mike's, etc.) and they do have poboy platters.

Went today. Their roast beef poboy isn't in the same league as Rocco's. Shredded mushy beef with almost no gravy on a hoagie roll. No thanks

I somewhat agree on Jed’s roast beef but their shrimp poboy might be the best in BR
