All the employees do at that location is hang out and bullshite. I can never get any help except in the seafood department

can't disagree with any of this. but even with all that I can still be in and out of there in under 15 minutes...even though their employees suck arse, they do have almost every lane open during peak hours...I rarely have to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes before checking out.

in the meat dept, I just pick up some turkey that was cut in the morning or day before so I don't have to deal with their bullshite...they are always on their own time no doubt about that

we also refill our 5 gallon jugs of water at Whole Foods and will pick up a few things from there that are price competitive but even though the experience is much better, I can't justify consolidating all my groceries there and spend 25% more.

know a person who has organic farm. organic only means they hide the pesticide on the day the organic certifier makes his rounds. do you really believe in organic? and filling your water tank at whole foods?

One is coming to Denham, but somebody in another thread claimed that Denham used to have a Rouse's. If so, where was it and when was it open. I don't remember that.

I like the food quality but they do not carry five or six of the toiletry items that are on my list so I tend not to shop there.

Dude, you don't need shampoo.

And you smell like you stole ole man's Brut body spray.
That leaves you with antacid, Imodium, and gold bond foot spray for athlete's foot.

They have all that.

It amazes me but they do not carry the following
- Right Guard in an aerosol can
- Crest Fresh Mint Gel Flavored Toothpaste
- Olay Soap
- 20 ounce white styrofoam cups

Thats why The Stash doesn't shop there

Yes go to the Rouse's on Tchoup

It's a poorly operated grocery, but they have pretty solid food quality. Yes, they have a few absolute duds working there but that's true just about everywhere.

There's a rouse's on Gause in the Dell that's pretty solid.

Not on the New Orleans list obviously, maybe best of the northshore list.

I shopped in a bunch of Publix's in south Florida. Never thought any of them were that great. Maybe it differs from area to area.

Personally I like Rouse's. The one downtown is nic

Living in Orlando now. I would love to have Rouse's here with the same selections as in Louisiana. Publix while nice is expensive and doesn't have near the selection of items I like to buy and cook with.

The new one in Gulf Shores is impressive. Probably 15 employees spoke to us and asked if we needed help, found everything, etc.
