The best pizza ever per VALUE is a deli(not frozen) cheese pizza from Sam's or Walmart and add your own toppings. $8 for 16 in. Bring it home and top it with your own veggies and meats.

we have a store around here called winco. You get a ball of dough for 1.49 and it tastes similar to papa murphys dough. Pretty damn good value.
