Carne asada steak... that way I know it’s cooked to order. Fajitas are already cooked and sliced then they just throw them on the skillet to reheat them

Chile Colorado. If it's not available, then enchiladas or fajitas.

Queso con chorizo

Beef enchiladas - El Rio Grande in BR are the best I've had

Mole chicken

Street-style soft tacos, barbacoa beef

Sopa de Res - beef soup with merlitons and yucca, big meaty soup bones. On the weekend buffet at El Maguey in BR.

My local has a thing called the cheese steak burrito. It's a 12" tortilla filled with chopped carne asada, carmelized onions, and queso asadero. It's then deep fried (technically a Chimichanga) and smothered in queso. Served with rice and refried beans, it's my all-time favorite meal.

My favorite local place has great carne asada, so that's what I always get. Grilled skirt steak with charro beans and a guacamole salad on the side.

Fajita Nacho combo normally.

If the place has a Molcajete dish, that. Always that.
