I can't believe nobody has listed my favorite, Creole Turtle Soup with Sherry (a la Commander's).
Honorable Mention:
Crawfish Bisque (Pat's Fisherman's Wharf)
Tomato Basil
Saucy Navy Bean and Bacon Soup
Hot and Sour Soup

I had the greatest French Onion soup ever in Breckenridge, CO last week. It was at a fondue restaurant called Swiss Haven. If anyone is going to Breck this winter, definitely check it out. The fondue was great as well.

Definitely Tomato Basil (:
La Madeline's Tomato Basil Soup has yet to be beaten. I am obsessed with it.
I also LOVE French Onion. It's my 2nd favorite.

A well made turtle soup is No.1,a beef pho with meatball is No.2,and a good ole squirrel, chicken and beef stew is pushing them both.

+1, fabulous UNLESS they haven't done a good job with cleaning the crabs....wayyy too many shells the last time I had it.
Coffee Call makes a killer potato soup, along with a vegetable beef soup.....on a cold day, it is awesome to go there for their $8.50 all-you-can-eat soup/salad "bar".
