I haven't read the entire thread yet to know if you've got a gun pointed at your head.

Cracker Barrel would be my choice.

WH and its not even CLOSE!

ask for the ribeye & eggs (tell them you want the eggs whipped in the blender like they do when making omelets)

DELISH. nothing else compares.

for those who say cracker barrel..what makes it your top choice?

i've found craker barrels to be RIDICULOUSLY crowded resulting in having to wait 30 minutes or more just for a dang seat..service to be so-so..and nothing on the menu is that good.

i mean..tell me what is so great on hte breakfast menu at cracker barrel. i would like to put up a steak, eggs & hashbrowns from WH against anything from CB.

not a flame..but i don't understand what you like about that place.

Of those, we only have CB and IHOP, so I pick CB. OTOH, I pick Pit Grill over all of them.

But would definitely pick Another Broken Egg or Cafe Brazil over any of these, every time.

I don't understand the love for Another Broken Egg. WAY overpriced and the food just isn't anything you would ever want to go back for.

Denny's
Cracker Barrel

(My choice of these two first may be influenced by the fact that we don't have either in LaPlace.)

Waffle House
IHOP

Waffle House. It's the only one that offers real country cured (ie pepper cured) ham. Love that stuff.
