What’s the best cookware out there today?

SIAP but,
I grew up with my parents and grandparents using the old school Magnalite pots, I have a very few of them (that they had extras and gave to me).
I found a fryer at an estate sale a year ago.
The magnalite pots retailing now aren’t like the OG ones.
What’s the choice of pots in here?

I'm still a fan of AllClad.
Lodge for my cast iron though.

Love my Allclad copper core pieces, and all of my old cast iron.

I have 20 year old kitchen aid pots, lodge cast iron, and starting to use restaurant grade skillets (Caire supply or Restaurnat Depot).

I use a 5.5 qt member’s mark hard anodized deep sauté pan for almost everything. Le creuset cast iron for searing steaks. Le creuset Dutch oven for soups and stews and gumbo. Big caphalon Dutch oven for big batches that don’t fit in the other one. All clad sauce pan for sauces and it makes rice perfectly. 10 in caphalon for omelettes.
I got so much shite everywhere but only really use those.

My brother in law is a Creuset fanatic so I've used his stuff. I just don't see the benefit over Lodge.

The benefit for me was being free.

Do you cook on gas, electric, or induction?
Demeyere makes some fantastic stuff in stainless. All-Clad is ok. I have some copper core and some D7. Thick copper - at least 2.5mm thick - is great, of course. I like my Staub pieces as well.
The Demeyere Proline skillets are absolutely tremendous. So even.

Check out the Demeyere Atlantis line, as well and the Fissler Profi. Amazon Spain, Amazon Italy, and Amazon Germany often have great prices on the Fisslers, as well as Paderno Grand Groumet. All are very good disc based cookware. Far more evenly heating than almost anything on the market.
ETA: All Clad MC2 is good stuff, if you can find it. eBay will have plenty.

For everyday use, can't beat Le Creuset.
But there are some copper brands that probably top the list.

I use my lodge Dutch oven at least once a week. It has been great, but the enamel has started to chip in some areas. I'll probably get a staub next
