The Lovely and Talented Mrs. Lammo has taken a break from cooking today.

So, we had cracklings, boudin, and meat pies from Bergeron's for lunch, and will have snow crab legs and dungeness crabs from Albertson's for supper.

Smoked queso and boudin bread. For y’all Lafayette area folks, this nunu’s boudin bread is next level stuff.

I’m probably the only one that hasn’t seen this before, so I gotta ask...
Is this grilled or smoked?
Do you sauce with butter and eat right away?
Are they seasoned?

Sorry for blowing you up with questions, I would love to do something like this with the family TIA.
