Ha no teams, probably only have 20 or so people to feed. I have a 500 gallon offset pit that I bought 2 months ago and haven't had an opportunity to fill it up. Decided Saturday was going to be the day to let her rip. Everyone will be going home with plenty of leftovers.

We'll be doing a crab boil and making homemade ice cream this year. Everyone enjoy and stay safe.

Glad I’m not the only one going the seafood route. It’s been so hot and humid lately the idea of standing over a hot fire half the day didn’t appeal to me at all. Boiled crabs and shrimp it is.

Rain is definitely on the menu. Thinking of a chicken stew on patio watching rain fall.

Hopefully my BBQ restaurant will be open.

Burgers, baked beans, Corn dogs, bread pudding. Add ribs if they're open.

Chuck roast was $9/lb at Rouses. Stupid virus. Firing up the smoker at 4, so time for bed.

Ribs , yardbird, Richard’s mild smoked sausage.
My neighbor blew out his back the other day so I’m cooking his meal of ribs/sausage.
