Sauce. Meatballs are clumsy and most often dried out

Why not both? That's what we do.

:smh:

This is so wrong.

Sounds like you keep eating meat and bread crumb masses, not meatballs.

Neither should be paired with spaghetti. Use a rigatoni or something larger and flat for thick meat sauces/meatballs and save the spaghetti for thinner sauces.

You've never had my wife's meatballs. If you did, you would change your mind.

That said, a true bolognese is better than what most people think of when they think meat sauce. Not sure what I would pick - my bolognese or my wife's meatballs and sauce. Probably her meatballs so I don't have to cook all day.

Exactly. I'd much rather have ziti or rigatoni with meatballs.

Mmmmmmmm meatballs.

Do you people not know that "spaghetti" means red sauce with meatballs over noodles. Smh.

Not sarcasm.

I like both. I also like chicken, sausage, pork chops and hard boiled eggs.

If forced to choose just one, meat sauce.

Meatballs. But skip the Chianti and pair it with an Argentine Malbec.

Properly made meatballs are far better than what most people call meat sauce: ground beef with a can of tomato sauce mixed in. It’s what your moms made and called “ Eye- talian” food.
