It's the unoffical last day of summer today and will most likely rain as it has been the last several days but that shouldn't stop many from grilling or smoking something.
I woke up about 4:00 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so I got up, made and had a cup of coffee and prepped some ribs that went on the Keg while it was still dark. Went out front to get the paper and the neighborhood was smelling terrific.

So, what cha' got on the grill today?

Easy does it today. Just grilling some burgers, hot dogs and vegetables out of the garden. I already have the potato salad made and chilling in the fridge.

No sweets, but probably a few Bloody Mary's starting around noon, and a relaxing day.

Pork spare ribs and chicken on WSM. Marinated in Grub Rub. Pecan wood for smoke. Apple cider in water bowl. Baked Mac and cheese, pork in beans, corn on cob on smoker later.
