Well, the ribs came out pretty darn tasty!
The first rack fell apart when I went to take them off the grill.





No plated pictures but it was some pretty darn good eating!

One of the desserts was a banana pudding I made this morning.

Jacked up my fire.... walked out and my ceramic was at 300 degrees. My country style pork ribs were closer to Kingsford charcoal briskets.

The banana pudding dessert I made........

Vanilla graham crackers instead of vanilla wafers base and sides, banana slices, drizzle of warmed-sweetened peanut butter, chocolate pudding bottom layer then more graham crackers, banana slices, drizzle of sweetened peanut butter, vanilla pudding and then cool whip topped. Served with crumbled graham crackers on top.






Not too bad!!!!!
