Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro. Has a bunch of features and I have no idea if it’s a good product, but it even has a sous vide feature?

I’ve never had an issue with internal. But my oven reads lower from Meater than actual temp it’s set at. I haven’t been able to figure out if it’s my oven or the Meater.

I finally got a rotary cheese grater that suctions to the countertop, and the difference it made shredding cheese for sausage balls (versus a box grater) was awesome. So simple all along.

I got an Ooni Koda 12 and several accessories to go along with that, a Thermaspike, a pizza cookbook, and a cocktail recipe book.

I bought one of those earlier this year. I was tired of having to get out the food processor for grating large amounts of cheese. The first time I used it, the cheese stuck to the inside of the cylinder. I finally realized I was putting pressure on the guide which is only a guide and not meant to push the cheese down with much pressure. I grated about 3 lbs of cheese for cheese krispies about a week ago and it worked beautifully.

I got a small Glamour Diamond skillet which I need because all of my small nonstick skillets are starting to peel. I'm going to start tossing. I have a larger one of these skillets as well. I don't know a lot about them, but my nieces and my sister all have them in various sizes and got more for Christmas as well. They love them.

This is link about them.

A new vegetable chopper. Right on time, too, as the old one was cracked so bad, it almost fell apart.

I helped Santa by buying another corn stick cast iron pan at auction last week. Now I have 5 of them. probably time to stop. It really needed someone to love it and take it home, so I did.

I also got a MEATER 2 plus. How did yours work? It was my first time using but I found the internal probe temp to be off by about 10 degrees and then the external park of the probe said 20 degrees lower then what the stove was set at.

It was odd at first. The ambient temperature said 170 deg, when the oven was set for 250. I shot the oven with my heat gun, it was 250 deg. I pull the probe out about 1/2 inch, and it started reading correctly.
I didn’t compare the internal probe vs my pen, but I will do it next time. I do love that the probe has four internal sensors, not just one.
I set the app to prime rib, and it said to remove when the 1st probe hit 120, not the most internal probe, so I pulled it anyway. It came out beautiful
