If I'm tailgating or at a party... whatever is available.

If I'm out... first choice is something new.
If there's nothing new, something local. Starting with NOLA, Tin Roof, Abita...
If there's none of that either, then whatever is cheapest.
If they're all the same, frick it, whatever the table wants.
