My Jalapeno dip recipe

1 can of Rotel (drain the juice)
1 cup of diced jalapeno peppers (whole peppers in a can & remove the seeds-or not)
Four-8 oz of cream cheese bricks(soften-In microwave)
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
Food processor blend

*This is the mild version of my recipe. Because some family/friends do not like dips that are Muy Caliente*

i know its simple, but I agree that this is a dip that I catch myself coming back to every time someone prepares it.

The Sun God family may or may not have made it for dinner before

Also love a good smoked fish dip.

Our family does a dip involving Boursin cheese topped with lump crab meat. Put that on a Club cracker? Heaven.

1 can rotel
1lb ground pork sausage
1 block cream cheese
Brown and drain the sausage, then dump everything in the crockpot. So simple. So good.

Costco sells a Spinach/Artichoke/Parmesan dip that is very good for all those things.

Rouses has avocados on sale at 4 for $1 with a limit of 8 and I got 8 of them yesterday and waiting for them to ripen so I can make my homemade guacamole dip for the Saints game and that is a hit with the wife and daughter.

Personally, I prefer homemade dips to store bought so my guacamole is my favorite.

They also have a Mexican Street Corn dip that I can eat a whole lot of if I am not paying attention. I recommend it with corn chips, especially.

I crave the Lipton Onion soup dip every once in a while. I put in a little extra seasoning to make it more flavorful.
