Only for a nostalgic grilled cheese with canned tomato soup.

Don't like singles, but love American cheese that isn't in a single. They are way two different cheeses to me. I get the Kraft deluxe pack and it is way better to me.

Casatica di Bufala was one of the first "non-standard" cheeses I had as an adult and for nostalgic reasons is probably my favorite.
I also really like Truffle Tremor.

Amish made Swiss.
I love the Cracker Barrel cheddar squares for a quick snack though. And good ole string cheese

As someone pointed out, the cheese will depend on the usage.
Cheddar for burger
But a Triple Cream Brie, Saint Andre, is one of my favorites for putting on a cracker and snacking.

I like really crusty aged stuff. Asiago. Aged gouda and cheddar.

It's nearly impossible to eat better cheese than a good aged Gouda (the Dutch pronounce it how-duh).
Someone left this at my house, it's nothing fancy like a 15 month Gouda, but it makes fabulous cheese grits.

Not sure if I would call it my “favorite cheese” but it is one of the greatest snacks of all time and came to mind:

I have not met a cheese yet that I do not like. I have never had limberger (sp?) though so that remains to be seen.

Muenster. Is great sliced on a sandwich, cut into cubes, shredded for tacos, and melty for pizza.

Never put muenster on a taco.
Good idea
