I like the oak grove smokehouse mix and throwing a grocery store roast chicken in there with sausage.

I had a taste at Sam's one time. I thought is was awful. It tasted like they used brown rice. I think they used parboiled, but some kinds retain too much brown rice flavor.

The best packaged jambalaya mix I've had is Oak Grove.

I use Oak Grove with my own trinity and use some andouille and a chicken from Ideal Market.

I like Cajun Spicy, which you can order from their site Cajunfry.com.

Jazz it up with trinity, and use chicken stock instead of water.
