I’ve developed a love for black bean burgers recently. Grill them with a touch of bbq sauce and some mustard and they’re delicious.
Wife and I started getting very serious together about diet and exercise about a year ago. 221 to 185 lbs. Feels great to not wake up feeling like a fat sack of shite.

If you ate that for every meal your blood pressure would be through the roof and die of a heart attack. WAY too much sodium

Easy. Shish kabobs. Red onions, bell peppers, chicken/steak

Every meal makes it an interesting challenge.
Eggs benedict with shallots, black truffles, jumbo lump crabmeat and microgreens
Half a slice of Benton's bacon
Drink would be the hardest, so I'd just go with water.

Either of these would work for me:
1. Chicken schwarma and gyro with Greek salad, aka Albashas
2. Spicy chicken and spicy pork and grilled veggies, aka the Cove Hawaiian Grill
