Yes, I am a UGA fan, I see this is what my wife did to the butter this morning, also a UGA fan. So it's not a UGA thing.

I assume she pulled the top scrape for toast? Hard to justify

Maybe she wanted longer slices for some reason. I cut large slices from the top to put in the corn on the cob dishes when I eat fresh corn, so I can turn the cob over the butter for maximum coverage.

It's a Joanna Gaines butter dish, I have half a mind to tag her on Instagram with this picture to shame my wife.

I don't see any other option beyond throwing the butter away and entering intensive marital counseling after she passes a psychological screening for criminal tendencies.

Was it room temp? When I am buttering bread etc with room temp butter I scrape the knife along the top at a high angle which loads the knife with spreadable butter.

I do that when butter is cold and I need razor-thin slices to butter toast. Call it "shaved butter". It takes a certain level of skill to not make it look like shite

I sometimes scrape from the top but it’s for very thin pieces. This is actually cut. Weird.

So you’re asking what kind of heathen does it, but you know you’re wife did it.
So,
Your wife is a heathen.
You don’t know this or are…whatever?

Are you fricking retarded?
It’s okay because retarded people can be cool too.

When I make a sandwich I put the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds and do it like in the picture to spread on my bread. It seemed weird at first but I have gotten used to it. It really is convenient.
