There is never "left over" steak in my home.

I either heat it up with some oil in the frying pan and throw it on a sandwich, or I throw it in the crock pot with some bbq sauce and cook it down all day and make a bbq steak sandwich for dinner

I either make omelettes the next morning, or throw it on top of a salad cold.

Depends on the temp cooked. If I'm grilling a bunch, I only cook to temp the ones I know will get eaten immediately. The rest I only sear the outside so I can finish them when I'm ready to eat them.
