I'll usually chop it up and pan fry in some coconut oil. Maybe toss some onions and tomatoes in there.

This is what I usually do. Sometimes I'll heat it slightly before slicing and making the sandwich. A steak sandwich with mayo and purple onion is hard to beat.

Just about every time I eat steak, I make sure to buy/cook extra (even double sometimes) so that I make sure there are leftovers throughout the week.

Freeze it. Take it out the next week and slice it razor thin and make some Philly cheesesteaks
