Punjabi Dhaba is in a gas station in Hammond off of I-12. Not just good for a gas station, but legit great Indian food.

Blakes the newest incarnation of the place at the red light in Vacherie. KK chicken, great po boys, daily lunches, and top notch spicy meat pies the burgers are double meat delicous and every thing is good priced.
