Let’s try to keep it to your top 3 if you could go anywhere in the US
Mine would be
1. Chefs table at Victoria and Alberts, Orlando
2. Bazaar, Las Vegas
3. Le Bernandin, New York

Locally I want to go to Studio in Laguna Beach. Outside of that French Laundry I guess. I'm a middle management type of guy so a high end steak house is about as nice as I dine.

French laundry
n/naka
Husk
Chef and the farmer

Those are a few that I'm pretty confident I'll check off eventually. Not necessarily all world class places.

2. Bazaar, Las Vegas

I went to Bazaar in Sourh Beach a few years ago and it was nuts. Had coquettes served in a glass slipper

The one in Las Vegas looks even better considering it’s meat. Miami location had some exquisite seafood plates

Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy

Will be going to Italy in September and October and hoping against hope to get reservations. They book 3 months out so I’ll have to wait until June or July to know for sure.

Would like to go to Alinea as well.

Lugers is nothing special. Ruth’s Chris food is better.

I went to Le Bernandin a few years back. Chef’s menu with wine pairing. Very expensive but very well worth it.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be in Rome, Lisbon, Barcelona. Excited about the food options there. Have a few reservations but mainly gonna wing in.
