Latin American Style: Cholula, Marie Sharp's Extra Hot and Green, Melinda's Ghost Pepper, TJ's Green Dragon

Asian: Sriracha and my own I make with the Thai bird chilis I grow.

I also have around 50 different types of hot sauces now. Wife is pissed because they take up a whole shelf in our pantry

Same. Have all the standards...Louisiana, Crystal, trappeys bull, etc.

Just picked up another at the Mexican mini-market. Jutiquile sabor olanchano. Very good sauce.

Oh, I forgot to mention Slap Ya Mama. Got a bottle of hot sauce in the package I bought on Amazon for the seasonings. Surprising good, especially in cajun recipes.

Tabasco for red beans and eggs.
Franks for wings
Louisiana, Crystal for a bunch of other stuff.

Tiger Sauce as a marinade, etc.

A bunch of other stuff I can't think of now too.

We did a taste test of 10 or so sauces a while back and the winner hands down was Tapatio.

My favorites are all my own concoctions....unfortunately don't have the funds for production/go to market....yet.

BooDreaux's Cajun Rocket Fuel Habanero/Jalapeno Citrus
I'm rapidly running out, only 3-4 bottles left from last run 6 years ago. Ages extremely well

Datil Orange Citrus Sauce
Mango/Garlic Ghost Pepper
Chipotle Peach
Datil/Scotch Bonnet Roasted Garlic
Cayenne/Tabasco Garlic Cilantro
8 Pepper Sauce
Roasted Tomatillo Garlic

Hopefully coming one day to a market near you.
