I think I"m going to grill some chicken and beans and have some sliced tomato. I was going to make a gumbo, but I'm all stuffed up and don't want to waste my time or my money making a shitty gumbo.

Like a few others here I have a butt in my WSM smoker. Mix of hickory and apple wood.

Using the BBQ Guru DigiQ almost feels like cheating

We don't have Rouse's here in Georgia. Kroger did have a buy one get one free sale a couple weeks ago, so I bought eight of them.

Must have been a supplier deal cause our local grocery chain upe here had them on sale 2 weeks ago as well. 1.29/lb.
