What are some interesting things you've seen put on a burger?

Usually go with cheddar and grilled onions, but I tried a Jalapeno jelly and cream cheese one yesterday that was interesting. It didn't seem complete though, and had me thinking of other things I might put on a burger.

What are some interesting ones that you've done?

At a soul food kitchen I ordered their signature burger. It's was a cheeseburger with a fried boneless porkchop on top.

Not bad. Not bad at all.

I was at McGuire's pub in Destin and a guy at the next table ordered the Garbage burger. Don't remember what all was on it but it did have ice cream on it. Looked like a sloppy mess.

My son likes a fried egg in his burger.

I like a burger to taste like a burger. Bacon is about the only unusual addition for me. I've done blue cheese a few times, but a good old fashioned burger is my favorite.
