I wouldn't go that far, but I have yet to have a meal there that lived up to the hype. VERY underwhelming in terms of quality imho. I may (unfortunately) be going there tomorrow evening with friends. They seem to like it, but IMHO, it is waaaaaay overrated.

Who can really say what’s the one absolute “best dining experience”? It’s pretty much a matter of taste.
But it’s ridiculous to include GW Fins in a thread about “most overrated “.
I haven’t been in 2 years, but every time I’be been, the food has been amazing, and the service top notch. That “scallobutt” dish he makes might be the best bite of food I’ve ever eaten.
