The worst 3 star I have ever eaten in is La Bernardin
Wow. This is a really stupid statement. So how do they get by on history alone?

Judice Inn is a good one. Good burgers but they act like they’re to good to start cooking fries or adding bacon. frick outta here.

When was the last time you ate at Le Bernardin?
In the 90s they were everything one thinks of when you see 3 Michelin stars but 20 years later they are IMO not a 3 star, as I said maybe a 1 star. The menu and presentation are stuck in the past and the staff was rather slow and so was the kitchen. Don't get me the food was very good but the little details like knife work were missing. For near $700 for 2 I expect perfection.
The thing is it is easier for a top-ranked in the world restaurant to disappoint. I have a lot of respect for Ripert but our most recent trip was a disappointment, what can I say. Maybe it was a bad day and all the burners on the line were more hungover than normal. It may have been I preferred the food under Gilbert more than Ripert.

I've been to Mosca's a couple of times and never got the hype. Nothing was bad, in fact everything was pretty good, just don't get the hype. Add in the fun drive on Hwy. 90.

Figlmüller’s in Vienna, Austria behind St. Stephen’s Cathedral near Stephansplatz. Their schnitzel is great but everything else is pretty meh.

Peche is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at!
