Beautiful piece of fish. Bet the taste was great.

Turkey, tomato and mayo wrapped in Iceberg lettuce here.

Beer-braised bratwurst on buttered buns.

I love accidental alliteration :)

I topped mine with spicy brown mustard, caramelized onions & peppers, and sauerkraut.

Served with a side of Honey BBQ Lay's and a vodka water.

Spiked eggnog for dessert because it's like 20 degrees up here.

Thanks. I still got some that I didn’t fry. I’m thinking of vermicelli bowl tomorrow.

Your surf and turf looks good. I’m intimidated by scallops. Hard to know when they’re done. The last time I overcooked them.

Worked pretty hard. Ham steak tossed on the grill, oven fries and a simple slaw. Worn out. :)

Stuffed some peppers.

I never foil line my pans for some reason (well, because I think it’s ugly), but the cleanup tonight just might change my stance.

I’m intimidated, too. I don’t know what Gordon Ramsey would think of them, but they tasted delicious to me and they were from Costco.

I always foil it up. To hell with scrubbing pans

I’m fine with how foil in a pan looks. Less work.

I use more aluminum foil than anybody should but I’m lazy and cleanup is as simple as taking it out of the pan, wadding it up and throwing it in the garbage. Could probably have retired ten years age if I was willing to scrub a pan! :)

I always foil when I can, but I do the cooking the fam does the cleaning...so I’m ok with it

Sun dried tomato basil garlic balsamic vinegar purée. Pound thin chicken breast stuffed with sautéed spinach and pepper jack cheese. Side of garlic green beans.
