I can't remember where you're located, but I got mine at Alexander's Market. They weren't cheap, but they had both bone-in and boneless which was perfect for what I needed.

Fresh Market has had them. Haven’t checked lately. Costco has boneless short ribs.

Costco was out of them all when I looked this weekend. I just need some regular bone in. FM is on the next route
