I had leftover meat stuffing from my Stuffed Pasta Shell dish, and some Campanelle pasta, so I added some ricotta and parmesan cheese, Italian sausage and made a pasta dish with no name. It was pretty good.

Hamburger steak with grilled mush&onion. Rice and gravy. Brocolli. Side salad. Delicious.

4 sad little buffalo drumettes and a salad that was just lettuce Still quite hungry.

Pinot Noir and maybe some Goldfish crackers here soon.

Tasted fantastic and is really easy to prepare. Made it for the wife and kids so had to double up the recipe. Everyone loved it. Thanks again for posting the recipe.
