It's a version from Thailand that I tried to replicate. I remember eating it the first time and saw cashews, yellow raisins...in fried rice? What the hell,l right? It was damn good.

I'm told this is a Southern Salad. Chicken, pecans, bleu cheese crumbles, strawberries.

Southern Mediterranean dinner
Sear tuna, sliced and served over a bed of romaine & diced tomatoes with tahini sauce. Caper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil topping over the sliced tuna
Roasted sweet potato ( didn't fit dinner, but needed to eat them)
Oven roasted eggplant dusted with sumac and zaatar, topped with the tahini sauce.
Chardonnay
