It's so damn hot outside. I have a rack of ribs I want to throw on the grill but I've been waiting for the weather to cool off. I don't think that's gonna happen. I guess I have to suck it up.

wife bought 6lbs of nice shrimp Saturday. Yesterday we made shrimp creole over fried green tomatoes and a crabmeat wop salad.
Tonite is pickled shrimp, shaya roasted cauliflower with whipped feta and crabmeat ravigote

Corn soup and grilled cheese. Used truffle Mayo and spicy truffle Mayo in place on butter on the samich. Spicy had a more pronounced flavor, delish.
