2 sacks of very nice crawfish. The cook did an exceptional job.

Fried shrimp, speckled trout filets, and roe sacks. Cucumber and tomato salad. Too damn lazy to make grits. Cold beer.

Made a tomato cream sauce with ground beef in it.. Mixed with mozz and ricotta.. Mixed with rigatoni pasta.. And baked it.

Caesar salad and Malbec along with it.

Took some trimmings off the 2 prime tenderlions i cut up for fridays dinner..... Sauteed in garlic butter and made taco's - along with a fresh salsa

Made a big pot of shrimp, crawfish, and andouille sausage gumbo. It was really good. Used left crawfish from our last boil. Looks like I'm gonna have food for the rest of the week.

tepanyaki. The chef is a maniac with the fire and keeps launching shrimp into the air for us to catch in our mouths. The couple next to us remind me of Bob and Elizabeth Dole and he keeps calling her baby.
