Stepdad is a bass fisherman and he brought us a couple of bags when my parents visited a few weeks back, SO
we fried them up of course! Side of fries and I whipped up some tartar sauce.

Costco was running a special on the sliced beef short ribs so I went with a Galbi.
Used a pear off of my tree instead of the Korean Pear in the marinade.
